Breathe easy Lions, Vikings and Bears fans. Your division is officially for the taking from now on. I know we had the Vikings run away with it last year, but through that entire season everyone was looking over their shoulder, waiting for Green Bay to swoop in and take it. Fortunately, I do not think that will be a problem anymore. The Packers are not good. They might even suck.
Jordan Love is really fuckin up the Packers QB history right now. In the past couple of games he has 428 yards (not bad), 1 touchdown (bad), and 5 interceptions (really bad). Those stats are not gonna help your team score many points believe it or not. The defense will not be able to bail you out every game, nor will the running backs. The QB is the most important position in football, and Jordan Love's play is working about as well as a soup sandwich.
It's pretty obvious I think right now that the Lions are gonna win this division, they are a top 3 team in the NFL right now. They also absolutely embarrassed the Packers last week. Second and third place is absolutely up for grabs now though. Matt Lafleur may be realizing in order for his super awesome big-brain schemes to work, he might need a team that can actually pull it off. There is a silver lining to this though (as there always is with me): I've heard through the grapevine that Justin Fields might be available for trade!
