HOLY FUCKING SHIT THE BEARS ARE SO FUCKING BACK! Seriously though, what an amazing performance by Justin Fields tonight. And DJ Moore. Good GOD man, that dude has gotta be looked at as top 10 in the league now. Every time the ball was near him, he was either running the ball 25+ extra yards or he was wide open anyways, torching any corner on him. 230 yards, 3 touchdowns. That's fucking INSANE. And you know what? He was on my bench. HE WAS ON MY FUCKING BENCH! Can somebody call me every Thursday from now on to remind me to update my fantasy lineup? Thank you, I appreciate it.

So what changed over these past two weeks? Well, if you listen to the conversations from the announcers and have been reading a bit, it's been said that Matt Eberflus has been focusing more on the defense and allowing Getsy to take more control. And look what happened. Defense looked better, offense looked INFINITELY better, and the Bears took care of business. Getsy probably just told Justin to "do the Ohio State thing". That's what I saw tonight. Some good ol' vintage Justin Fields ballin out. I'm not even a Bears fan and I am ecstatic right now. My Dad might've fainted from happiness. He hasn't texted since DJ Moore's last touchdown. And you know the man himself ol' #51 is beaming from up above right now. RIP to a legend.
Now, onto our final thoughts from this game. Are the Bears going to fully dive into the momentum shift and turn their season around? Maybe, the Commanders were not nearly their biggest challenge so that's wait and see. Are the Commanders gonna be alright? Yeah, they probably will, Sam Howell still looked great tonight and I think they are going to have a bright future. So is Eberflus gonna be safe for now? Yes, if he stays the fuck away from the offense and makes his defense deadly, he might just be alright. Am I a prophet, sent to give the amazing people of Chicago hope? I don't know, ya'll tell me...

They often say to go from the lowest of the low to the highest of the high is all along the same path. Bears set the record for being most games without a win, but also being a Cubs fan I will hold my breath.
